April Piplica – President
April is responsible for the operational and marketing activities of Topview Systems as well as the overall management and direction of the company. April previously provided project support services at a top five defense contracting firm as well as marketing, communications, strategic planning, and operations management for several small organizations in the healthcare and nonprofit industries. April graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Entrepreneurship. She currently volunteers as a board member for Team Summer, a nonprofit organization focused on helping kids with cancer.
Pablo Santa Cruz – CEO
Pablo is responsible for assisting with the strategic direction of the company as well as the business development and sales activities. He has successfully built and managed companies in the Information Systems, Application Software, Applied Technology, Healthcare, Specialty Distribution, Telecommunications, International Logistics, E-Commerce, and Financial Service industries over the past twenty years. He is Chairman and CEO of Topview – an Investment and Business Management company, Chairman of Grupo Santa Cruz – an Investments Holding Company and Charitable Foundation, and Founder and Director of NorthStar Banking Corporation.
